The designs here are NON-EXCLUSIVE and as such the copyright on all items remains with Sarah Paris at all times

USE OF SARAH PARIS SHOP CONTENT
You may use the Service, the Site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes unless the additional commercial license is purchased. No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise. Sarah Paris reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. You may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use.

This commercial license allows you to produce up to a maximum of 500 copies/products with Sarah Paris credit.

For commercial use (no credit required option) an additional license fee of $20.00 is chargeable which allows you to remove credit.

As it is not possible to place a credit to Sarah Paris on all items sold on Etsy or Zazzle, please choose this option if you require print-on-demand usage. 

For more than 500 copies, please enquire about an extended mass production licencewith details of your intended project.

LIMITATIONS:
1- Neither of the license purchases give you copyright. ALL COPYRIGHTS REMAIN WITH SARAH PARIS.
2- You cannot sell any Sarah Paris products as is (AS SET, TEMPLATE, AS PART OF A CATALOG)
3. Graphics cannot be altered or added to and claimed as your own.
4. Graphics may not be used in any work that is obscene, hateful, harmful or immoral.

YOU CANNOT RESELL OUR PRODUCT AS:

• DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AS IS, AS CLIPART or ALTERED
AS CLIPART /ELEMENT SET even if gathered with other elements.
• NOTE: Digitized files for embroidery ARE allowed.
• AS A LAYERED TEMPLATE ( where your customer can extract our design).
• or AS A COLLAGE SHEET FOR ETSY OR ZAZZLE type websites as same clipart. You may however sell physical products on these sites.

REFUNDS:
Due to the digital nature of ITEMS , there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically.
