Revidevi specializes in kawaii design (kawaii is a japanese word for “super cute”). Revidevi offers fun designs in bright colors. These designs are perfect for any fun projects (stationery, digital, scrapbooking, and much more possibilities).


REVIDEVI  TERMS OF USE
Revidevi reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Agreement as modified.


USE OF REVIDEVI SHOP CONTENT
You may use the Service, the Site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes. No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise.  Revidevi reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use.


DIGITAL DESIGN USAGE:
There are 3 options for you to purchase the designs.

NON-PROFIT
means for personal projects only. You cannot use the designs commercially.

COMMERCIAL – CREDIT REQUIRED
means you must give credit to revidevi wherever the art is sold (see below on how to give credit)

COMMERCIAL – NO CREDIT REQUIRED
means you don't need to give credit. However,  you will need to pay extra fee for this option (USD 20)

Exceptions:
Some designs exceptionally comes with only 2 options: Non-profit and Commercial fee. That means you have to purchase license fee if you want to use the designs for commercial purposes.


LICENSE INFORMATION
Purchasing the item does not transfer the copyright to you. It means you cannot claim the design as your own design.
This license is non-transferable. By this means you cannot transfer/ give the license to anyone else, nor can you change the item that it applies to.
This license does NOT include right for using the design for any mass production. If you wish to do that, you will need to upgrade your license. There will be an additional fee.
This license is not for paper scrapbook companies. Paper scrapbook companies will require a professional license to use the design. There will be an additional fee.
For any commercial use (when you choose “Commercial – Credit Required” option), full credit MUST always be given. If you don't want to give credit, then you will need to upgrade your license (you will need to purchase “commercial license – no credit required”  for USD 20)

How to give credit:
1.If you're selling your products online, you will need to credit to Copyright revidevi and http://www............... (will be informed in the zip file)
2.To any other media, you will need to credit to Copyright revidevi or design created by revidevi.

This credit info and/ or link MUST BE placed where ever the art is displayed.

What you CANNOT do:

1. You cannot re-sell, distribute, or give away the original file(s). Also, you cannot add the original design into a CD collection, and then give away/ sell it. Basically, you cannot sell any revidevi's designs as is (as set, template, as part of a catalog)
2. You cannot put the original design/ image (in a good resolution) on the websites which is easily for others to download/ steal it.
3. Graphics can not be altered or added to and be claimed as your own.

REFUNDS:
Due to the digital nature of ITEMS , there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically.
