CHECKOUT OR PAYMENT PROBLEMS DURING SALE:

1- If you placed an order during the sale and could not finish your payment in time. You can still pay with the discounted prices later  IF ONLY  this order is PENDING in your account and prices are still discounted then you can be able to continue the payment.

2- If you cannot be able to PAY for some reason, we can still manually process it, just email your order number to customerservice@mygrafico.com.

This means you missed this sale but there will be more 1 hour madness sales. There will be no special requests considered. Only Pending orders placed during sale times can be considered to be eligible to process.

4- When you register, we strongly suggest you to open an account to be able to track your orders.

LIMITATIONS:

1- MYGRAFICO reserves the right to send announcement emails or notifications anytime, anyday without notifying you before and end the sale after 1 hour ( 60 minutes after shop is put on sale) not the time you received the notifications.

2- If you received the email or notificiation later due to delayed email provider or SPAM blockers or you simply read it later , Mygrafico has no responsibility  on when email or notifications are received and read.
