TERMS OF USE

All items in the Mels Brushes shop include a standard commercial/Non-Profit license. This allows you to create a maximum of 2000 reproductions/online placements,whether in print on online. You must give  credit to Mels Brushes anywhere the art is sold.

Examples:  Using a design for digital scrapbooking sets,  you may sell a maximum of 2000, and place a credit to Mels Brushes somewhere in the zipped product pack.
                     For printed materials, you may print up to 2000 copies e.g.  flyers, brochures, CD cover, magazines etc, and place a credit to Mels Brushes somewhere within the design.
                     Online usage - graphic/web designers may use a design for a client on up to 500 single web pages, and place a credit to Mels Brushes somewhere on the web page.

EXTENDED LICENSE FEES

Purchasing the extra COMMERCIAL: NO CREDIT REQUIRED license fee allows you to:

Use the designs anywhere WITHOUT giving credit to Mels Brushes (subject to the limitations below)
Reproduce unlimited numbers of your design online or in print

Your purchase receipt represents your proof of buying the extended license - please look after it carefully.

Where stated, some products can be used without giving credit, OR purchasing an extra fee. Read the product listing carefully to see if this special usage applies.


USE OF DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

Freebies: None of the Mels Brushes freebies posted on mygrafico are for commercial use. A link back/copyright credit  to Mels Brushes is required at all times.
Mels Brushes reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use.

LIMITATIONS

Use of a Mels Brushes design within a business logo requires a logo license. Cost $40

1. Stock design purchases do not grant  you copyright. ALL COPYRIGHTS REMAIN WITH MELS BRUSHES.
2. You cannot re-sell any Mels Brushes products as is (AS SET, LAYERED TEMPLATE, AS PART OF A CATALOG.)
3. Stock can not be altered or added to and claimed as your own.
4. Stock may not be used in any work that is obscene, hateful, harmful or immoral.
5. You cannot re-sell any Mels Brushes products for CREATING A COLLAGE SHEET FOR ETSY OR ZAZZLE type of websites as the same art

Due to the digital nature of ITEMS , there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically.
