TO ALL DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY DESIGNERS: MYGRAFICO DESIGNER SETS ARE ALLOWED TO USE FOR Commercial DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY .

All designs on MYGRAFICO (unless its stated otherwise on specific product pages)
are for COMMERCIAL USE.

But make sure you read all the necessary information before making your purchase final AS COMMERCIAL USE DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN REPACKAGE AND SELL OUR GRAPHICS.

We have 3 options for you to purchase our designs.

Selected options appear on your receipt and in our invoices so make sure you purchase the correct License option.

 1- NON-PROFIT - This usage is for personal projects and buying a design set with that option means you cannot use it commercially.

2- COMMERCIAL  - CREDIT REQUIRED: This option allows commercial usage  ( using the graphics in web design, digitized embroidery , scrapbook, stationery..etc for creating commercial products) and sell it on your website .YOU MUST GIVE CREDIT TO DESIGNER and LINK BACK TO MYGRAFICO WHEREVER THE ART IS DISPLAYED.

3- COMMERCIAL - NO CREDIT REQUIRED  You pay extra fee for this option usually 20 usd and you do NOT CREDIT DESIGNER.

 EXCEPTIONS:
1- Some products exceptionally comes with COMMERCIAL USE included in the fee  and it states on products page, please refer each products page when purchasing from us.

2- Some products exceptionally comes with only 2 options. Non- profit and Commercial fee. That means Designer does not allow crediting , you have to purchase license fee if you want to use the product for commercial purposes.

 NONE OF THE PURCHASE OPTIONS give you COPYRIGHTS.
Mygrafico Designers hold the copyrights of these images.

**YOU CANNOT SELL ANY OF THE IMAGES  as a SET or INDIVIDUALLY in purchased formats.
**YOU HAVE TO CREATE SOMETHING ELSE FROM THE DESIGN and our design cannot be separated from what you have created.

Basically nobody should get the original source design out from your design.

YOU CAN RE-SELL OUR PRODUCTS AS:
1- digitized embroidery and reselling is ok ( digitized embroidery formats as digital download)
2- creating Printed stationery and reselling ok
3- creating logo, website templates, printed material, clothing and selling is ok
4- creating home decor elements, jewelry..etc is ok.

YOU CANNOT RESELL OUR PRODUCTS AS:
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AS IS  or  ALTERED
AS CLIPART /ELEMENT SET even its gathered with other elements.
AS LAYERED TEMPLATE ( where your customer can extract our design)
CREATING A COLLAGE SHEET FOR ETSY OR ZAZZLE type of websites as same clipart

these are not OK

For example  a clipart cannot be sold as clipart again, it needs to be transformed into a digitized embroidery piece or flattened in scrapbook paper where it is unrecognizable and cannot be extractable , may flattened in a website template in 72 dpi..etc.
and then this piece can be sold.

MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE
WE Have other license options for  resale if you are a retailer or Wholesaler and produce more than 1000 copy of any products
in this case please email us to discuss other usage License options.

 We have no tolerance for COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS and we are protected by International Copyright Laws.

if you have any concerns about an image, or recognized an image that should not be here, We would love to hear from you.
We appreciate you work with us to resolve the issues and in case of a copyright violation
We will take immediate action if violation is obvious (please send all possible links for review)
