MYGRAFICO GRAPHICS COMMERCIAL USAGE:

YOU CAN USE OUR PRODUCTS COMMERCIALLY LISTED BELOW :

1. Creating Printed stationery , hand made or printed cards, in brochures, flyers, businesscards, all sort of printed stationery elements
   
2. Creating Logo and use the cliparts as part of the design. You may not sell graphic as is as LOGO by itself.
3. Printed games, collage sheets, stickers, decals, textile material, clothing,
   
4. Creating tangible home decor elements, jewelry, ornaments..etc, vinyl stickers, wall decals, printable decoration elements
   
5. ***Website/ Blog templates, banners, headers, footers, buttons, store fronts only if the design is flattened 72 dpi absolutely cannot be extractable
   
6. FOR DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKERS***Digi tools ( overlays, swatch sets, brush sets, pattern sets) can be used to create digital  paper or flatten surfaces if only graphics are flatten and cannot be extractable. Graphic sets ( cliparts and stamps) cannot be used as is or altered as ELEMENT OR GRAPHIC SET.
   
7. FOR EMBROIDERY  DIGITIZERS***You can use our design to create DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY
   
8. FOR DIGITAL INVITATION DESIGNERS***You can only create FLATTEN JPEG format digital invitations , DESIGNS CANNOT BE ON WHITE BACKGROUND AS IS, it needs to be full design with other elements blended so our Graphic cannot be extracted as individual graphic.
   

YOU CANNOT RESELL OUR PRODUCTS AS DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCTS LISTED BELOW :

1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AS IS  or  ALTERED ( scrapbook or graphic element kits, clipart kits, absolutely not allowed)
   
2. AS CLIPART /ELEMENT SET even its gathered with other elements such as chipboards, alphas, layered quickpages, element sets,,).
   
3. AS LAYERED TEMPLATE such as Photoshop layered album templates, layered Photo card templates,  (or flatten template  where your customer can extract our design)
4. CREATING A COLLAGE SHEET for Etsy,  type of websites as same clipart and send customer digital files  ( YOU CAN ONLY SELL PRINTED COLLAGE SHEETS )

LICENCE OPTIONS:
Selected options appear on your receipt and in our invoices so make sure you purchase the correct License option.

1- NON-PROFIT - If you are going to use the graphics for PERSONAL use and there is NO PROFIT, then purchase with this option.
2- COMMERCIAL( CREDIT REQUIRED): If you are going to use graphics on a product you are creating and sell this product, then you may purchase this license.

YOU MUST GIVE CREDIT TO DESIGNER and LINK BACK TO MYGRAFICO WHEREVER THE ART IS DISPLAYED. for example GRAPHICS BY LADYBUG © MYGRAFICO.COM

3- COMMERCIAL ( NO CREDIT REQUIRED)  If you are going to use graphics on a product you are creating and sell this product, then you may purchase this license. You pay extra fee for this option usually 20 usd and you do NOT CREDIT DESIGNER and link back to MYGRAFICO.

 
MASS PRODUCTION LICENSE
WE Have other license options for  resale if you are a retailer or Wholesaler and produce more than 1000 copy of any products
in this case please email us to discuss other usage License options.

NONE OF THE PURCHASE OPTIONS give you COPYRIGHTS. Mygrafico Designers hold the copyrights of these images at all times.
