Dotted Daisy Designs specializes in whimsical, fun, boutique designs.  We offer a variety of  practical design items (for budget conscious consumers) from digital papers and graphics to invitations and birth announcements. Designing is our joy and we love to design for your scrapbooking, crafting, portrait, or work at home business needs.  Let us help you shine your light. 

LICENSE INFORMATION
All items with the exception of freebies can be used for personal and commercial purposes with the REQUIREMENT that you give credit to Dotted Daisy Designs and/or a copyright credit such as Copyright © Dotted Daisy Designs. This credit info/link MUST BE placed where ever the art is displayed. Graphics are not to be displayed as is.  Freebies: Freebies posted by Dotted Daisy Designs are for personal use only.

If you are a stationery designer or print shop and would like to offer my stationery designs in your store for profit and not give credit to © Dotted Daisy Designs, then you must purchase a commercial use license granting use without giving credit.  You can purchase this license HERE.

COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

The designs offered for sale through this website are the property of Dotted Daisy Designs.  From time to time, I do use designer tools purchased commercially from other designers.  Most do not require credit to be given, but I do always try to thank them in my terms of use, if not on the product page.

LIMITATIONS:
1- Purchases of our designs do not give you copyrights. ALL COPYRIGHTS REMAIN WITH DOTTED DAISY DESIGNS.

2- You cannot sell any Dotted Daisy Designs products as is .
3- Graphics can not be altered or added to and be claimed as your own.

4-You may not offer or resell our proucts as a digital download.  DIGITIZED EMBROIDERY is OK.

5-You may not sell our products as a clipart-element set, even if it is gathered with other elements.

6-Our designs may not be sold or resold as a layered template (where your customer could extract our design).  They may also not be used for creating a collage sheet for ETSY or Zazzle types of websites.

Basically, the main underlying theme is that you may use our items for personal or commercial use.  However, a new item must be created from our items.  They may not just be repackaged or grouped with other items and sold as a set.  A new item must be created and no portion should be extractable by others, such as in a layered template.  We want you to enjoy our designs and fun creating with them.  Just please be considerate and abide by these simple requirements.

REFUNDS:
Due to the digital nature of our items , there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically.
