You may use the Service, the Site, and the information, writings, images and/or other works solely for your non-commercial, personal purposes. No right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you, whether as a result of downloading such Content or otherwise.  Clip Art and Scrap reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in all Content. Except as expressly authorized by this Agreement, you may not use, alter, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the Site or the Service, except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Use.

Freebies: None of Clip Art and Scrap freebies posted on mygrafico is for commercial use.

All items except freebies can be used for commercial purposes ONLY IF you give credit to Clip Art and Scrap such as  Copyrights © Clip Art and Scrap  or artwork created by Clip Art and Scrap  or use this tag
This credit info/link MUST BE placed where ever the art is displayed, used or sold. This means it must placed next to the art itself.
If you do not wish to do this you MUST purchase a commercial license (no credit) fee of $20 per item, then no credit is needed.

LIMITATIONS:
1- Neither of license purchases give you copyrights. ALL COPYRIGHTS REMAIN WITH Clip Art and Scrap.
2- You cannot sell any Clip Art and Scrap products as is (AS a SET; AS LAYERED TEMPLATE ( where your customer can extract our design); AS PART OF A CATALOG;  DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AS IS or ALTERED ( exception digitizers - digitised version should be displayed and downloaded); AS CLIPART /ELEMENT SET even its gathered with other elements;  CREATING A COLLAGE SHEET FOR ETSY OR ZAZZLE type of websites as same clipart
3- Graphics can not be alerted or added to and be claimed as your own.
4- Graphics can be used for Print on Demand services such as Cafepress or Zazzle
5- Digitizers – one set is one license for one web site.

REFUNDS:
Due to the digital nature of ITEMS , there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically.
